Velocity-based training utilizes movement velocity to regulate training intensity. Receive real time feedback of performance metrics such as peak velocity and power output to get more out of your training.

We utilize Output Sports software and technology to provide our athletes with comprehensive performance testing including vertical jump, movement velocity, power output, and range of motion testing.
