Our Performance Consultation & Assessment is a comprehensive analysis of your physical abilities. Beginning with a Functional Movement Screen, we assess movement quality and identify imbalances or deficiencies. Following a dynamic warm-up, we conduct Performance Testing to gather baseline data on key metrics tailored to your sport, profession, and goals, ensuring measurable results without guesswork. We wrap up with a complimentary movement tune-up session.
Velocity-based training utilizes movement velocity to regulate training intensity. Receive real time feedback of performance metrics such as peak velocity and power output to get more out of your training.
With velocity-based training we can regulate your training loads based on your neural capacity so we can manage fatigue and maximize adaptation.
The live feedback and performance data that velocity-based training provides allows you to train with greater intent and regulate fatigue to maximize the desired physiological adaptation.
The Functional Movement Screen assesses movement quality and identifies any asymmetries or imbalances that may lead to injury. This allows us to assess your movement proficiency so we can tailor your training and reduce the risk of injury.
We utilize Output Sports software and velocity technology to provide our athletes with comprehensive performance testing including vertical jump, movement velocity, power output, and range of motion testing.
