Our Performance Assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of your physical abilities. We evaluate strength, power, reactivity, endurance, and mobility through assessments such as max vertical jump height and ankle range of motion. This data enables us to deliver measurable results and tailor your training experience to align with your specific goals.
We utilize Output Sports software and velocity technology to provide our athletes with comprehensive performance testing including vertical jump, movement velocity, power output, and range of motion testing.
Velocity-based training utilizes movement velocity to regulate training intensity. Receive real time feedback of performance metrics such as peak velocity and power output to get more out of your training.
With velocity-based training we can regulate your training loads based on your neural capacity so we can manage fatigue and maximize adaptation.
The live feedback and performance data that velocity-based training provides allows you to train with greater intent and regulate fatigue to maximize the desired physiological adaptation.
