The Athletic Development Program originally began as an in-person training program in 2024, designed to help middle and high school athletes become stronger, faster, and more resilient. Built on the vision of long-term athletic development, the goal was to help athletes progressively build the strength, speed, power, and durability needed to become college-ready competitors by their senior year. Using the same training principles found in collegiate weight rooms, the program focused on improving movement quality, building foundational strength, reducing injury risk, and developing key athletic qualities like speed, change of direction, vertical jump ability, and endurance. These methods are scaled to meet athletes where they are in their development so they can safely build the physical foundation needed to compete at higher levels.
Now we’re bringing that same proven system to athletes everywhere.
The Athletic Development Training Team gives athletes access to the same training philosophy and programming that was previously offered in person, now delivered remotely. Athletes follow a structured program designed to build strength, enhance athletic performance, and stay healthy while continuing to develop year-round whether they are in season or in the off-season.
