THE TEAM

Francis J. Huldi | Founder & Sports Performance Coach

  • I am fascinated with the elastic limits of the human body and have a passion for helping athletes push the boundaries of their athletic potential. Using my background in exercise physiology and research driven approach, I am dedicated to providing a comprehensive training methodology to enhancing sports performance. I also serve as the Diablo Valley College Men's Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coach. As forever a student of the craft, I am always learning and striving to become a better coach so that I can provide my athletes the competitive edge they deserve.


Credentials:

  • Masters in Exercise Physiology, San José State University
  • Bachelors in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Hawai'i at Mānoa
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS–NSCA)
  • Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, National Strength and Conditioning Association (TSAC-F–NSCA)
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist, National Academy of Sport Medicine (CES–NASM)
  • Functional Movement Screen Level (FMS)
  • NFHS Level 1 Coach, National Federation of State High School Associations
