Grounded in sport science, our evidence-based, detail oriented training methodologies provides a comprehensive approach to athletic development that gets results. Functional Strength Training

At Beyond Performance we prioritize movement quality and function by integrating a multi planar strength training approach. We challenge dynamic stability and enhance neuromuscular efficiency to improve both physical strength and movement proficiency. This is purposeful training with real world application.

COMPLIMENTARY FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN

The Functional Movement Screen assesses movement quality and identifies any asymmetries or imbalances that may lead to injury. This allows us to assess your movement proficiency so we can tailor your training and reduce the risk of injury.

We work directly with you to build a program designed to tackle your goals. We conduct a Functional Movement Screening with all of our clients to identify movement proficiency and take a detailed account of your specific needs and training goals. Your training is then meticulously constructed to optimally challenge you to become the best athlete you can be.

Yes! We offer both private and small group training sessions. Send us an email for group training plans and pricing.


If you wish to cancel or reschedule a training session please provide a 24 hour notice. Your session will be rescheduled at your convenience permitting availability.
