Discover the value Beyond Performance has to offer with a FREE training session. The session will begin with a complimentary Functional Movement Screen followed by a training session tailored specifically to the goals discussed in your initial consultation.

COMPLIMENTARY FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN

The Functional Movement Screen assesses movement quality and identifies any asymmetries or imbalances that may lead to injury. This allows us to assess your movement proficiency so we can tailor your training and reduce the risk of injury.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a training session please provide a 24 hour notice. Your session will be rescheduled at your convenience permitting availability.


During your initial consultation and trial session we discuss your goals, conduct a functional movement screen, and learn about your specific needs. We then tailor your training to work with your schedule, prioritize your specific needs, and compliment your competition calendar whether you are in pre-season, in-season, or in the off-season. Everything is customized to help you become the best athlete you are capable of becoming.
